The universal gold

How can you and your organization work with universal culture? Welcome to a workshop where ideas and thoughts turn into actual action. Everyone has the right to art and culture on their own terms and through this workshop we want to help each other achieve the functional rights goals in the cultural sector.

The goal of the workshop is to deeply initiate thoughts and the movement to work more universally. Questions that will be raised to get you to pan for gold in your organization may be:

• Which people in your vicinity do you want to collaborate with in the universal work?
• What experiences or people are you missing on stage or in your organization when it comes to universal performing arts or culture?
• Which allies do you have in other organizations to turn to for help when you get stuck?

The workshop leaders have different experiences in how they have worked around inclusion, and they share their experiences and knowledge here. They work with both art, organization and politics, and you will choose to work with one of them. It will be a collective force that creates change!
