Welcome to bibu as a professional delegate! Whether you are an artist, producer or programmer – there are a lot for you to take part in, watch and discover. And you get the chance to mingle with the whole Swedish performing arts industry – all in some way working with performances for children and youth. Over 1000 delegates attend bibu.

During the course of four days you will be able to see jury selected Swedish and international performances and attend a large number of seminars and other activities.

In December 2025 the Early Bird passes will be released and the festival program will be announced in February 2026. All the performances and seminars are included in the pass.

The next bibu festival in on the 27 – 30th of May 2026 in Helsingborg, Sweden.

To get to Helsingborg you can take the train to Helsingborg C. If you are flying the nearest airport is Copenhagen airport. You then take the train directly from the airport to Helsingborg C.
